Due to the retirement of our present caretaker we require a non resident Caretaker / Handyperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for the security, maintenance, heating and health & safety of the school premises with some grounds maintenance required. You should be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to duties, the ability to work with a wide range of people and be willing to support the activities of the school.
The postholder will be subject to a full police and suitability check to satisfy child protection requirements. The post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1074 and all convictions or cautions must be declared.
