Abbeywood Community School Support Children In Need

Students and Staff from Abbeywood Community School took part in a wide range of activities during Children In Need Day to raise money for the popular charity.

A huge Pudsey Bear was covered with coins and students worked really hard to fill him up.   A cake sale with delicious treats took place in the atrium during break and lunch time, 6^th formers volunteered to do face painting in the atrium while the P.E department helped to organised a basketball game staff versus students.   A great day was had by all, and a fantastic combined effort resulted in over £460 being raised for the charity.
