Aged 8-16? Get involved in Dreamscheme this summer!

For boys and girls, aged 8-16, if you live in Bradley Stoke and would like to get involved in activities in your community then why not join the Bradley Stoke DREAMSCHEME?
DREAMSCHEME is a youth volunteering scheme which gets young people involved in their community. They earn points for the amount of hours work they volunteer to do. They can then use their points for trips or rewards. WORK=POINTS=REWARDS (1 hour = 10 points)
EXAMPLE: Young People may do gardening for 2 hours which will earn them 20 points, they can then use their
20 points towards a reward. Work activities that have previously been carried out by Dreamschemers includes, gardening, car washing, leaflet dropping, bulb planting, litter picking, bag packing etc. Reward activities include swimming, bowling, cinema,pizza hut, games in park, horse riding, etc
Things happening in Bradley Stoke over the summer period :
A community graffiti art project: Working with a community artist you will be helped to design and then spray paint a large piece of community art-work that will be placed at the skate park!
Dates:- Thursday 9th and Friday 10th August 9.45am 1.00pm
Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th August 9.45 am 3pm
