Are you a local Carer, or do you know someone who is?

Carers come in all shapes, sizes and ages! Some of them may not even recognise themselves as being carers, just doing what comes naturally to them and looking after their family members.   Maybe you know of someone who may benefit from some support?

Southern Brooks Community Partnership have been commissioned from South Gloucestershire Council to reach out to the Patchway, Bradley Stoke, Filton and the Stokes, to bring together carers to share experiences, discuss barriers and learn more about the support available, that may be they are not receiving.

A Carer’s network meeting is being held on Wednesday 1st June at Coniston Community Centre, Patchway, BS34 5LP, 2-4pm
