Due to the recent success of their inbound sales teams they have experienced rapid expansion. This expansion has caused the need for a proven people manager with a driven and motivated attitude towards sales. You will be responsible for the performance of your inbound team as well as being targeted against individual KPI’s and revenue targets.

This organisation recognises the importance of a well-rewarded and well-motivated team, reflected in their employment package. In return for hard work and enthusiasm they offer a competitive salary of £12,285 plus commission which typically results in £16-20k on target earnings.

We have a variety of roles available, but this particular part time role is 4 evenings a week 6pm – 10pm and 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.
