Bradley Stoke Carnival Open Meeting, 7pm Tuesday 15th July

The Carnival Committee are holding an open meeting to update all  those interested in the carnival whether already participating in  the event or not!  Taking place at the Oak Hall in the Jubilee Centre, Savages Wood Road at 7pm on 15th July, this is your  chance to come along and find out all about the community  carnival. All welcome.

Details will be available on the Parade itself and Events taking place on the Carnival  Field (Jubilee Green) for those wishing to attend the carnival, plus  info for exhibitors and stall holders.  The day’s anticipated running order, field layout, volunteering to  help at the event, marshalling volunteers, field setup times and  event start times, live music running order, community workshops  etc will all be covered.  As well as Anticipated Hot Air Balloon launches over the carnival weekend.  Car parking (none available on site other than for exhibitors,  however Willow Brook have kindly agreed to allow carnival  attendees to park, subject to time limits).  Fun Fair opening times.

Please note that whilst the Carnival has Kindly been financially  assisted by both Bradley Stoke Town Council and South Glos  Council, it is being organised and run by a wholly voluntary  Carnival Committee made up of members of our local community.
