Bradley Stoke In Bloom

Following feedback from residents that Bradley Stoke is a good place to live, but that it could benefit from more colour, Bradley Stoke Town Council has announced a ‘Bradley Stoke in Bloom’ project.
An open meeting will take place on 16th April for any residents interested in become involved in brightening up Bradley Stoke. Starting at 7.30pm the meeting takes place at the Jubilee Centre for residents interested in assisting in the Bradley Stoke In Bloom Project.
Two initiatives already underway are set to encourage residents of all ages to add colour to their own gardens:
SUNFLOWER GROWING COMPETITION – for all ages. Simply collect a sunflower seed from Bradley Stoke Town Council and complete a registration form. The closing date for entries is 31st August 2013 and judging will take place in September 2013.
FRONT GARDEN AWARDS – Are you proud of your front garden? Nominate your own front garden, or your neighbour’s. Juding will take place during the Summer 2013
