BSYFC U7s just miss out in 3 game thriller

This match was played in a different format where we played 3 games of 20 mins duration and used 3 totally different teams in each game. This allowed more children to play football against a St Vallier team who had just the 12 players.
Team 1:  Alex Bridges  (GK),  Caiden Wakefield,  Curtis Pope,  Joel Fulco,  Ethan Robinson,  Will Davies,  Theo Woodward.  Playing up the slope we played really well but just got caught on the break to lose 1-0.

Team 2:  Alex Horne  (GK),  Joseph Sewell,  Daniel Kingsley,  Cameron Low,  Fletcher Taylor, Dennis Sullivan,  Lewis Jones.  Playing down the slope we played really well and  Cameron Low  got the winning goal after 9 mins. Win 1-0.

Team 3:  Will Davies  (GK),  Liam Welham-Clarke,  Luke Dennis,  Cameron Taylor,  Callum Scriven,  Ryan Williams,  Jem Baker.  Played really well up the slope but got caught out after 14 mins to lose 1-0.

Overall Score 1-2 to St Vallier’s

Man of the matches were:
Game 1 –  Will Davies  for his strong tackling and good positioning.
Game 2 –  Lewis Jones  for his strong tackling and good runs.
Game 3 –  Cameron Taylor  for his strong defensive work and communication.

Well played to everyone and just a little unlucky in a very close match.
