Charity Seeks School Dresses

Local residents, Roger and Julia Worth, are supporting the ‘Novi Survat’ charity whose aim is to provide food and schooling to needy children in Goa.

The couple have already raised hundreds of pounds for the charity, through local car boot sales and stalls at school fayres. They will be travelling to Goa at the end of January 2011 to support a major project for Novi Survat – and will also be taking donated summer school uniforms, including ginhman dresses of all colours and boys shorts and tops (all up to the age of 9).

Roger and Julia would love to hear from anyone who has unwanted school uniforms that they would like to donate to this worthy cause. Roger can be contacted on 07860 555394.
