Don’t Miss South Glos Armed Forces Day

An Armed Forces Day in June, organised by South Gloucestershire Council, will honour Britain s Armed Forces past, present and future.A Veterans’ Parade with marching band and military vehicles will star in the High Street, Staple Hill, from 11.30am. The parade concludes in Page Park, where there will be a variety of activities including stalls and demonstrations by the Territorial Army and community groups as well as a Drum Head ceremony. The day runs until 4pm and everyone is welcome!
So put the date of Saturday 25th June in your diary, and join in to honour our Armed Forces.
