Dream Scheme Art Attack in Underpass

A Patchway underpass has a bright new look, thanks to local young people involved in the Dream Scheme project.
A local artist helped local children design a new mural for the subway under Coniston Road, between The Parade and Severn Way. Around 20 youngsters spent five days over three weeks cleaning and repainting the walls in the event run by Southern Brooks Community Partnership and supported by neighbourhood police.
The Dream Scheme project encourages young people to get involved in projects to make life better for their community by offering rewards like discounted access to local leisure facilities, funded by donations from local business.
