Dunkleys and The Rainbow Centre visit Bristol Zoo
September 6th, 2015
On Thursday 2nd September Dunkley s invited local charity, The Rainbow Centre for Children, to Bristol Zoo for a private tour of the Big Bugs exhibition. This summer Dunkley s have sponsored a large animatronic dragonfly which has been part of the exhibition and included in the sponsorship was a private guided tour.
The bugs on show included a tarantula, giant moth, bee and mantis. Each bug moves, makes noises and some even spray water! The tour was led by an expert bug ranger who explained in incredible detail interesting facts about each of the bugs on show. Deborah Hill from The Rainbow Centre felt the tour was interesting and educational; Thank you so much for organising this. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say that it was a really lovely evening and educational too! Some very interesting bug facts! .
