Pete Miles wins double Gold at British Championships
December 14th, 2015
Congratulations to our new British Champion Pete Miles from Bradley Stoke Judo Club. Pete won Gold in both the Junior and Senior British Championships held in Sheffield on Saturday 12th/Sunday 13th December in the Men s U60kg category.
This ends a mixed year for Pete who sustained a fractured ankle earlier in the year which kept him from competing at the European Championships. Fortunately Pete is now back to form, ending the year on a high, having won the Welsh Open Championships a few weeks ago and now the British Championship. He is seeded No 1 in the country and looks forward to qualifying again for the European Championships in 2016.
