Rotary Club receives a ‘Thank You’ from ‘Petra Littlefair’ on behalf of ‘St Peters Hospice’
September 24th, 2015The Rotary Club of Bradley Stoke were pleased to receive a ‘Thank You’ from ‘Petra Littlefair’ on behalf of ‘St Peters Hospice’ for donating £1000 to the Hospice, as demonstrated in the picture below with past president Roger Worth.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank people of Bradley Stoke Town for their support towards our fund raising efforts, which in turn allow us to support Local Charities and International projects. All our activities are designed with the aim of raising money for good and needed causes and the more support we receive the more we can help others.
Many of you came and said ‘hello’ to us at the ‘Bradley Stoke Carnival’, which we were thrilled to be part of. It was lovely to see so many. Please do look out for us at other local events such as the Fire Work display in November and don’t forget our Swimathon on 12th March 2016 at the Bradley Stoke Leisure centre, this has become a very popular annual event. Or why not come along to our ‘Barn Dance’ being held at St Mary’s Rugby Club Trench Lane on the 16th October. A good evening is guaranteed and at £10 a ticket to include a delicious supper it comes highly recommended. Bring a friend or two – be quick to get your tickets which are fast running out. Contact details below,
If anyone would like to find out more about our Rotary Club, the friendship we offer, the work we do and what we aim to achieve, please take a look at our web site (as below) or why not come along to one of our meetings? Held on Friday mornings at 7.30 am (finish by 8.30 am) at ‘The Bristol’ golf club, a warm welcome awaits.
We would also like to hear from you if you know of a good cause or local project we may be able to assist with – please look on our web site for contact details or email [email protected] www.bradleystokerotary.org.uk
