Severnside Churches: Celebration of Faith with Pam Rhodes

Over 100 members from churches throughout Severnside enjoyed a sunny Celebration at Old Down Manor on Sunday July 21^st  with Pam Rhodes from BBC s “Songs of Praise ”.

Throughout the evening which was opened by Revd Ann Parker, there was rousing singing of favourite hymns accompanied by a band of 7 musicians, all from different churches.

St Peter s Festival Choir, directed by Jonathan Edwardes, sang two moving pieces of music.

Highlight of the evening was Pam Rhodes interviewing Paul Harrod, Sue Burley and Astrid Domingo Molyneux about their moving journeys of faith.

After this people chatted, took refreshments and walked in the rose garden to end a wonderful evening of celebration.
