St Mary’s Old Boys Under 13’s have a miraculous season

St Mary’s old Boys under 13’s have completed a miraculous season. Starting the season with barely enough players to field a team they have gone on from strength to strength winning 3 pieces of silverware from 4 tournaments entered. Additionally they came narrow cup runners up in the 7’s based version of the game.
Highlight of the season was winning the County Plate final at the prestigious Hartpury College.
All this has been achieved by attracting local players with 20 of the 23 man squad living in the Bradley Stoke area. Impressively 13 of the squad are taking part in the Bristol County Development Programme. BSCS should have a good team at year 9 next season!
Looking forward to the prospect of being able to go into pre season with a full squad, the boys are hopeful that with the right attitude and training they can have another successful season
