Stokes Singers “Sing Noel” Christmas Concert 8th December

Following a busy year where we performed at 25, mainly charity, events to consolidate our 25th anniversary, we are now well into our Autumn/Winter schedule. This has us rehearsing at a fast and furious pace with our Musical Directors, Sian Walters and Philip Lawrence, who are putting us thoroughly through our paces. We hope our Christmas Concert audience will enjoy some old Festive favourites and interesting new arrangements.

This years Christmas “Sing Noel” concert will be held on the 8th December at the Church of Christ the King, at 7:30pm, until 9:45pm.

We will be also welcoming the Oldland Brass Ensemble, who will accompany us with some carols and add some of their own festive music. Founded in 2002 the ensemble is led by Bob Lavis and comprises Cornets, Flugelhorn, Tenor-horn, Euphonium and Bass and we look forward to welcoming the Ensemble.

The proceeds from this years refreshments will be donated to Parkinson’s Uk.

Our summer concert was a sellout so please ensure you have your tickets early, these may be purchased from any Choir member or direct from Liz on 01454 614148.

Tickets are £5.00 in advance for Adults and £2.50 Children between 5-16 years and we look forward to seeing you on the night.
