Students at PQA Bristol and Bradley Stoke learn acting techniques from the best in the business

13-18 year old students from PQA Bristol and PQA Bradley Stoke were thrilled when they received a golden letter through their door, inviting them to an exclusive masterclass on Saturday 16th May with Pauline herself.
Students had a fantastic time as they participated in an Acting for Television masterclass, taught by Pauline which focused on high level acting techniques required for the screen. Students also participated in an improvisation exercise where they got to act alongside Pauline. The day ended with a Q & A session, where Pauline answered industry related questions. The whole masterclass was an unforgettable opportunity for our students.
In addition to the exclusive masterclass with Pauline, students also participated in a Musical Theatre masterclass with West End performer Mark Goldthorp who was accompanied by a professional musical director Jordan Li- Smith.
The event took place in London s West End, RADA studios the training ground for many of the world s best known actors.
Students from PQA Penn, PQA Milton Keynes, PQA Bradley Stoke, PQA Coventry, PQA Bristol, PQA Aylesbury, PQA Woodford Green, PQA Amersham, PQA Sutton, PQA Cambridge and PQA Rochester had a fantastic time learning the tricks of the trade from Pauline and Mark and they were both thoroughly impressed with the skills and passion each student demonstrated.
Pauline said When I was younger some of my happiest times were spent in drama classes, so it was great to be back in the studio and share some of the skills I have learnt over years in the industry with my students. They were all superb and I came away feeling very proud!
