Bradley Stoke Town Council is seeking a Full-time Bookings and Finance Officer

The main duties will be the co-ordination of bookings for 3 Activity Centres which will include maintaining a booking system for each site and processing booking requests which are received via email, phone, post or face to face. Monitor and process bank and cash payments and issue invoices using Sage 50 Accounts. Additional sales and purchase ledger work will also be required under supervision. A financial administration background is essential together with numeracy and Excel skills. Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable although training can be provided for the right candidate. The Post holder will need an excellent phone manner and good oral and written communication skills dealing with members of the public whilst representing Bradley Stoke Town Council. Permanent position 37 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Salary Range: £17,072 – £18,070 per annum,  NJC Scale 15 – 18   & member of The Avon Pension Fund
